Dear Joyce, Each time I walk into the United Methodist Church of Sitka, I think of Bruce and you. There are so many things that you both contributed to the church, but most of all I think of our friendship and all the support you both gave to me. Oh Joyce, I’m so sorry.

What a great guy you had and will always have in your heart.

For now, stay strong as you can and don’t resist the waves that will come, but ride up and down with them. Life will get better.

Joyce, Chanel and family, my thoughts and prayers are with you at this extremely difficult time. Bruce was an amazing person and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. I hope you find comfort in the memories. I feel blessed to have known him and all of you. I know Bruce is with the angels now which makes us all very lucky.

My dearest sympathies, thoughts and prayers go out to my cousins Chanel & Devin on the loss of a great father/grandfather. Additionally, I provide love and prayers to all of Bruce’s family & friends and hope that everyone is able to find strength in God’s love at this trying time. Know that you will see Bruce again one day when God decides its your turn to return home. Take care and we love you all
